Here are FAQs dealing with the most widespread troubleshooting concerns.

How do I play the casino games?

To play any of the games at our casino, open an account and enter the Casino. Once inside, you will be given different game category choices. Choose either Table Games, Slots, Video Poker or Keno and then pick the individual game you wish to play. When you click on the game you want, it will load onto your screen. Our casino keeps the experience fast and fun. It may take from 1 to 3 minutes to load the game depending on your internet connection.

We recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of your browser.

How many games can I play at the same time?

You can play as many games as your PC is capable of running. This depends on the amount of memory (RAM) available. If you are running other applications as well, then this will limit space available for game play. To play multiple games at once, simply open another window and start another game of your choice. You must use the same browser in order to play more than one game at a time with the same account.

Our casino makes provisions to restore interrupted games so that users do not lose their wager(s) in the event of disconnection, power failure, etc. The casino also allows users to play multiple games. However, if your connection to the site is lost only the last game played will be restored.

What happens if I lose my Internet connection while I am playing games?

The casino makes provisions to restore interrupted games so that users do not lose their wager(s) in the event of disconnection, power failure, etc.. The casino also allows users to play multiple games. However, if your connection to the site is lost only the last game played will be restored.

We will only be able to restore the last game you were playing but had 'not completed'. By 'not completed', we mean a game that requires you to make a selection before continuing (e.g. - holding cards in video poker games or deciding on your next bet in Blackjack).

Any games that only allow you to place your bet and then show you the result (e.g. - video slots or Roulette) are 'complete' once you have placed your bet and clicked 'Spin' or 'Deal'. If your internet connection breaks during any of these types of games, you can review the result under the Display Last Games Played option.

Why does the server keep asking me to log on after I have logged on?

Your computer is not accepting "cookies". A "cookie" is a term for the information you see on your screen being entered into the memory of your browser. When you log on, our server assigns your "state" to a "cookie" and stores it in RAM. No attempt is made to compromise the integrity of your hard drive and the cookie disappears when you close the browser. When you access a game, the server looks for the information stored on this cookie and, if it cannot find it, asks you to log on. For browser specific instruction on accepting cookies, click on "Help" in the browser.

Some PCs have security systems (e.g. - Crash Guard) which clear cookies. This security system needs to be temporarily disabled. The cookie our casino places in RAM has a very short life span and is automatically cleared. It cannot be used by any other agent to penetrate your PC.

Why do the games seem to stop suddenly or stutter?

Using less than the latest versions of Netscape or Internet Explorer may result in "choppy" performance. This is why we recommend experiencing our casino with the latest version of your browser.

Your operating system on your computer may be performing housekeeping operations in the background which means that continuous action may be interrupted.

If the network connection (i.e. "The Internet") is having trouble between your machine and our game server you will see spotty performance. It is the same reason that a website server doesn't respond one moment and then works fine the next. This is a problem inherent to the Internet and not to our servers.

Why do I get "Data Missing" errors?

The "Data Missing" error appears from clicking BACK or RELOAD while in the Casino area. Rather than using BACK or RELOAD, use the site icons to go from game to game.
